Two Steps to Saturate Yourself with the

Lemon Power of Laughter

1) Take a minute and think of all the things that make you laugh. A favorite comedian, a hysterical movie, a witty website, a super funny friend, silly animal videos…you name it.

2) Then, this week, commit to at least 5 minutes per day of doing one of those things, and see if you can get the laughter bubbling. They might just be the most healing moments of your day!
