Power of Love

If ‘love is all you need’, what happens if your Power of Love is bruised or out of balance? Here are just a few of the challenges you might be facing:

  • You’re very self-critical, beating yourself up at every opportunity for not doing things right or being good enough.
  • You’re having trouble recovering from a broken relationship, and wonder if you’ll ever find love again.
  • Rejection, betrayal, and abandonment in your past has made it hard for you to trust people.
  • You feel alone and don’t know what to do to create some truly loving relationships in your life.
  • You’re so busy trying to get ahead or make more money, you forget to tell the people in your life how much you love them and what a special place they hold in your heart.
  • You feel numb or shut down…even a picture of a cute baby animal doesn’t seem to affect you.

You can soften any hard edge
with a warm heart.

Chaya here…

From the moment I heard of the concept of living with my heart wide open, I felt my soul say, “Yes! ….Uh, how do I do that?”

Over the years it’s been a process of strengthening my Pinkness, my Power of Love. One of the things that helps the most is our animals.

Warmth and tenderness just seem to gush forth from the center of my chest when I’m with Baboo, Koala (the cats) and Coconut (the dog). Sometimes my heart just feels like it could burst. It’s amazing to me to feel so much love.

I’ve noticed that the more I indulge in that feeling and allow myself to goober all over them, the more that feeling grows. It anchors itself firmly in my being. It fills up a well.

And, surprise, surprise, this appears to be the well I draw on for the rest of the day. I have more kindness to give to others, including myself.

Trust me when I say Olympians are masters of self-critique….but with my Power of Love well full, I can actually be gentle with myself!

So now I try to use it as a tool….if I’m not feeling very loving, or if the critical voice in my head is on a rant, I try to call back the experience of snuggling with my Koala or smooshing Coconut’s fuzzy face. It’s a pretty cool little trick that helps me open my heart and settle into a more loving, accepting space.

What opens your heart? What takes you to that warm, fuzzy place?

Watching Jamie get hugs and kisses from Coconut between client sessions is another thing that does it for me….

Does strengthening your Power of Love and opening your heart wider sound like a worthwhile goal? Here are some of the benefits you can expect:

  • You’ll develop the ability to love yourself and all your human imperfections, filling up your heart so you have more love to give others.
  • Your heart will heal from its bruises and the broken pieces will mend. As it does, you’ll be able to trust people and love again.
  • You’ll have deep, caring friends to share your life with.
  • You’ll feel the love for your family so deeply it won’t take any effort to find ways to tell them and show them.
  • Your heart will be strong, sensitive, and open. You’ll be able to taste the sweetness of life and be moved by tenderness.

2 ways to open up to your Pink Power of Love:

#1: Are you weary of walking around locked inside a closed and callous heart? Here’s an affirmation you can begin using to open up a new door:

I am gentle and kind.

We recommend saying and singing it, 7 times daily. Then open the door to more sweetness in your life ~ begin showering yourself and everyone in your world with as much TLC as you can muster. Watch out! Your heart might just quadruple in size overnight!

#2: Take 7 – 21 drops of Love Vibrancy Essence daily. This remedy will align you with the energetic frequency of Pink. Let it slowly dissolve your angst, and leave behind a warm and smooshy feeling that you can’t help but want to share.

Letting your love shine,
makes life so divine.

“I think everybody longs to be loved and longs to know that he or
she is lovable and, consequently, the greatest thing that we can do is to
help somebody know that they are loved and capable of loving.”

~ Mr. Rogers
